- RESOLUTIONS -
A resolution requesting the Mayor to seek requests for proposals from qualified operators to consider operation, maintenance, and management of the Department of Water and Sewerage Services. Mr. Dale requested permission to withdraw the resolution, which permission was granted by a unanimous vote of the Council.
RESOLUTION NO. R98-1196
A resolution creating a task force to propose a plan to the Metropolitan Council which would result in reduction of rates while continuing to maintain a high level of service from the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services. Mr. Ferrell offered a substitute resolution and moved that it be accepted for filing, and no objection was made.
