RESOLUTION NO. R98-1228
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE KIDS ON THE BLOCK OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE AND THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT, BY AND THROUGH THE BOARD OF HEALTH, TO PROVIDE SERVICES RELATED TO THE COMMUNITY PREVENTION INITIATIVE FOR CHILDREN IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $32,650.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
SECTION 1. That the agreement by and between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and The Kids On The Block Of Middle Tennessee for the provision of services related to the Community Prevention Initiative for Children at a cost not to exceed Thirty-two Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty dollars ($32,650.00), and for a term beginning on July 1, 1998, and extending through June 30, 1999, which agreement is attached hereto and made a part of this resolution, be and the same is hereby.
SECTION 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
