RESOLUTION NO. R98-1227
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A GRANT FROM THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY THROUGH ITS BOARD OF HEALTH TO DEDE WALLACE HEALTH CARE SYSTEMS, INC. TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR THE GOVERNOR'S COMMUNITY PREVENTION INITIATIVE FOR CHILDREN IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $24,599.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
SECTION 1. That the Grant from the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health to Dede Wallace Health Care Systems, Inc., to provide mental health services for the Governor’s Community Prevention Initiative for Children in an amount not to exceed $24,599.00 and for a term commencing on July 1, 1998 and extending through June 30, 1999, which Grant is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, be, and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
