ENACTED 08/18/1998

WHEREAS, Alan Erps has offered to donate $36,000.00 to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County for the purpose of culvert and bridge improvements at Cheyenne Boulevard near the intersection of Canton Pass, Project No. 97-PW-003; and,

WHEREAS, as a result of said improvements, the need for the owner of the property known as Heron Walk, PUD No. 90P-020G, to maintain permanent stormwater detention facilities on the site will be alleviated.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1: That the Department of Public Works is authorized to accept a donation in the amount of $36,000.00 from Alan Erps for the purpose of culvert and bridge improvements at Cheyenne Boulevard near the intersection of Canton Pass, Project No. 97-PW-003.

SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its enactment, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
