RESOLUTION NO. R98-1229
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE ALCOHOL AND DRUG COUNCIL OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE, INC. AND THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT, BY AND THROUGH THE BOARD OF HEALTH, TO PROVIDE SERVICES RELATED TO THE COMMUNITY PREVENTION INITIATIVE FOR CHILDREN FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $182,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
SECTION 1. That the agreement by and between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and the Alcohol and Drug Council of Middle Tennessee, Inc. for the provision services related to the Community Prevention Initiative for Children at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Eighty-two Thousand dollars ($182,000.00), and for a term beginning on July 1, 1998, and extending through June 30, 1999, which agreement is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
