An ordinance amending Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, by amending Section 17.20.030 by providing for a maximum number of parking spaces for single-family land use, all of which is more particularly described herein. The bill was disapproved by the Planning Commission. Ms. Patton requested permission to withdraw the bill, which permission was granted by a unanimous vote of the Council.
