ORDINANCE NO. BL2015-11

An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to construct approximately 161 linear feet of eight inch PVC sanitary sewer main, install two sanitary sewer manholes, and replace/relocate one fire hydrant for property located at 2016 Beech Avenue, (MWS Project Nos. 15-SL-22 and 15-WL-24 and Proposal No. 2015M-037ES-001).

WHEREAS, the construction of approximately 161 linear feet of eight inch PVC sanitary sewer main, installation of two sanitary sewer manholes, and replacement/relocation of one fire hydrant for property located at 2016 Beech Avenue is needed to construct project numbers 15-SL-22 and 15-WL-24; and,

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2015M-037ES-001 on July 14, 2015, for the construction of said sewer main, installation of said manholes, and replacement/relocation of said fire hydrant.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to construct approximately 161 linear feet of eight inch PVC sanitary sewer main, install two sanitary sewer manholes, and replace/relocate one fire hydrant for property located at 2016 Beech Avenue, as shown below and on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference:

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance, installation, and replacement/relocation authorized by this ordinance.

Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.

Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
