An ordinance authorizing the acceptance of certain easements for stormwater projects located at 5315 Hickory Hollow Lane, 726 4th Avenue North, 41 Hart Street, West Trinity Lane, 1125 8th Avenue South, 3102 West End Circle, 664 Vernon Avenue, 350 Hermitage Avenue, 1556 Bell Road, 5813 Nolensville Pike, 4250 Andrew Jackson Parkway, 1136 Lebanon Pike, Omohundro Place, and 6401 Nolensville Pike.

WHEREAS, grants of certain easements have been executed by the respective property owners and offered to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County; and,

WHEREAS, the easements are located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto; and,

WHEREAS, the easements are further described in the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Services Department's plans on file for multiple stormwater projects specified on Exhibit 1 hereto, and the easements are for the purposes of those stormwater projects.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY.

Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Director of Public Property Administration, is hereby authorized to accept from the respective property owners the easements described in the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Services Department's plans on file for certain stormwater projects as specified on Exhibit 1 hereto, for the purposes of those stormwater projects, and located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto, which plans and Exhibit are incorporated herein.

Section 2. The easements shall be filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds to evidence their acceptance.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, requiring it.
