An ordinance authorizing the acceptance of certain easements for stormwater projects located at 3011 West End Avenue, Bedford Avenue, 1111 18th Avenue South, 2246 Una Antioch Pike, 5th Avenue North, 600 12th Avenue South, 521 Magazine Street, 300 11th Avenue South, 5100 Tennessee Avenue, 1220 8th Avenue South, 3021 and 4841 Lebanon Pike, Hillsboro Pike, 4025 and 4039 Hillsboro Pike, 3826 Bedford Avenue, and 664 Vernon Avenue.

WHEREAS, grants of certain easements have been executed by the respective property owners and offered to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County; and,

WHEREAS, the easements are located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto; and,

WHEREAS, the easements are further described in the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Services Department's plans on file for multiple stormwater projects specified on Exhibit 1 hereto, and the easements are for the purposes of those stormwater projects.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY.

Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Director of Public Property Administration, is hereby authorized to accept from the respective property owners the easements described in the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Services Department's plans on file for certain stormwater projects as specified on Exhibit 1 hereto, for the purposes of those stormwater projects, and located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto, which plans and Exhibit are incorporated herein.
Section 2. The easements shall be filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds to evidence their acceptance.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, requiring it.
