An Ordinance authorizing the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, to accept a donation of property located at 136 Una Recreational Park Drive, described as, Tax Map 135-00, Parcel 168 (Proposal No. 2006M-041U-13).

Whereas, Una Recreational Center, Inc. owns Parcel 168 on Tax Map 135-00, identified in Exhibit A; and,

Whereas, Una Recreational Center, Inc. desires to donate approximately 24.98 acres of land, which is a portion of Parcel 168 on Tax Map 135-00, to the Metropolitan Government for the use and benefit of the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation; and,

Whereas the Board of Parks and Recreation recommended that the Metropolitan Government accept this property.

Now, therefore, be it enacted by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee:

Section 1. The Metropolitan Council hereby authorizes the acceptance of the donation of the subject property, as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Section 2. The Director of Public Property Administration, or his designee is hereby authorized to accept said property title, in the form of a warranty deed.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson requiring it.
