An ordinance authorizing the acceptance of certain easements located at 586 & 588 Tulip Grove Road, 8300 Highway 70, 400 Oakbluff Lane, 1221 18th Avenue South, 1382 Rural Hill Road, 2606 & 2610 Grandview Avenue, 601 Marriott Drive, 4300 Hillsboro Pike, 6401 Harding Pike, and 15th Avenue South.

WHEREAS, grants of certain easements have been executed by the respective property owners and offered to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County; and,

WHEREAS, the easements are located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto; and,

WHEREAS, the easements are further described in the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Services Department's plans on file for multiple stormwater projects specified on Exhibit 1 hereto, and the easements are for the purposes of those stormwater projects.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY.

Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Director of Public Property Administration, is hereby authorized to accept from the respective property owners the easements described in the plans for Project Nos. 04-D-0767, 05-DL-0822, 05-DL-0823, 05-DL-0824, 05-DL-0825, 05-DL-0826, 05-DL-0830, 05-DL-0831, 05-DL-0832, and 05-DL-0833 on file with the Department of Water and Sewerage Services, and located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto, which plans and exhibit are incorporated herein.

Section 2. The easements shall be filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds to evidence their acceptance.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, requiring it.
