RESOLUTION NO. RS2014-1264
A resolution approving a clinical training agreement between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and Belmont University to provide students enrolled in the Pharmacy Program with an opportunity to experience clinical training.
WHEREAS, it is to the mutual benefit of Belmont University and the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to provide students enrolled in the Pharmacy Program with an opportunity to experience clinical training; and,
WHEREAS, Belmont University and the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, have entered into a clinical training agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein, to provide students enrolled in the Pharmacy Program with an opportunity to experience clinical training; and,
WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the citizens of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County that this clinical training agreement be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That the clinical training agreement by and between Belmont University and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to provide students enrolled in the Pharmacy Program with an opportunity to experience clinical training, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.
Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
