RESOLUTION NO. RS2014-1108

A resolution accepting a donation from Sue Ann Jennings to the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management.

WHEREAS, Sue Ann Jennings wishes to donate $650.00 to the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management for OEM to use as it desires; and,

WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the citizens of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County that this donation be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That the donation of $650.00 by Sue Ann Jennings to the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management is hereby approved.

Section 2. That the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management is hereby authorized to accept this donation for its use and benefit.

Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
