RESOLUTION NO. RS2013-920

A resolution amending the Capital Improvements Budget and Program 2013-2014 through 2018-2019 (Ordinance No. BL2013-467) to modify a Finance Department Section 1 GSD Project.

Whereas, it is desirable to amend the Capital Improvements Budget and Program 2013-2014 through 2018-2019 to modify Finance Department project; ID Number: 08FI0029; and,

Whereas, the favorable recommendation by the Metropolitan Planning Commission as required by the Metropolitan Charter is attached hereto.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. BL2013-467 (Capital Improvements Budget and Program 2013-2014 through 2018-2019) be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
ID Number 08FI0029 Resubmitted: Minor League Baseball Stadium – New/Construct; Funding Type: E – Proposed Revenue Bonds; Year/Amount: 2013-14/$65,000,000.

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
