A resolution authorizing special assessments and a special assessment methodology related to the development of certain property located within the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (the “Metropolitan Government”) acquired by Nashville Biltmore LP (the “Developer”) and approving the forms of a development and acquisition agreement by and between the Metropolitan Government and the Developer, an interlocal governmental agreement by and between the Metropolitan Government and the Industrial Development Board of Nashville and Davidson County, and an installment agreement by and between the Metropolitan Government and the Developer.
