RESOLUTION NO. RS2011-1633

A resolution amending the Capital Improvements Budget and Program 2010-2011 through 2015-2016 (Ordinance No. 2010-688) to add a Health Department project involving the construction of a new public health facility to replace the current Lentz public health facility.

Whereas, it is desirable to amend the Capital Improvements Budget and Program 2010-2011 through 2015-2016 to add one Health Department project; and

Whereas, the favorable recommendation of the Metropolitan Planning Commission is attached hereto.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2010-688 (Capital Improvements Budget and Program 2010-2011 through 2015-2016) be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
ID Number 09HD001 New: Capital Cost for construction of a new public health facility; Funding Type: C – Proposed G.O.; Year/Amount: 2010-11/$30,000,000.

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
