RESOLUTION NO. RS2011-1525

A resolution amending the Capital Improvements Budget and Program 2010-2011 through 2015-2016 (Ordinance No. 2010-688) to add a Finance Department project to acquire property and construct facilities for Nashville State Community College.

Whereas, it is desirable to amend the Capital Improvements Budget and Program 2010-2011 through 2015-2016 to add one New Finance Department project; ID Number: 11FI0006; and,

Whereas, the favorable recommendation of the Metropolitan Planning Commission is attached hereto.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2010-688 (Capital Improvements Budget and Program 2010-2011 through 2015-2016) be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
ID Number 11FI0006 New: Capital Contribution for a joint public works project with the State of Tennessee to acquire land and construct facilities for Nashville State Community College in Southeast Nashville; Funding Type: C – Proposed G.O.; Year/Amount: 2010-11/$1,000,000.

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
