RESOLUTION NO. RS2010-1464

A resolution appropriating the sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000) from the undesignated fund balance of the Community Education Enterprise Fund for the benefit of the Community Education Commission.

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council desires to appropriate Twelve Thousand Dollars for the benefit of the Community Education Commission from the undesignated fund balance of the Community Education Enterprise Fund.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That the amount of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000) from the Undesignated Fund Balance of the Community Education Enterprise Fund is hereby appropriated for the benefit of the Community Education Commission.
