RESOLUTION NO. RS2008-149
A resolution approving a contract agreement by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and Pete Kitch for consultation and instructional services in support of the Common Ground Program to enhance the emergency preparedness of public health services.
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Board of Health and Pete Kitch wish to enter into a contract agreement to provide consultation and instructional services in support of the Common Ground Program; and,
WHEREAS, it is to benefit the citizens of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County that this grant be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That the contract agreement by and between Pete Kitch, in an amount not to exceed $6,600.00 to provide consultation and instructional services in support of the Common Ground Program to The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to enhance the emergency preparedness of public health services, a copy of which contract is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.
Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
