A resolution approving a contract agreement by and between Street Works and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health to provide training to the outreach worker in the Mobile Medical Clinic.

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Board of Health and Street Works wish to enter into a contract agreement to provide training to the outreach worker in the Mobile Medical Clinic; and,

WHEREAS, it is to benefit the citizens of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County that this contract agreement be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That the contract agreement by and between Street Works, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00, to provide training to the outreach worker in the Mobile Medical Clinic, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
