A resolution approving a contract agreement by and between Rudra Prakash, M.D. and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health to provide psychiatric medical services to clients of the Downtown Clinic.

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Board of Health and Rudra Prakash, M.D. wish to enter into a contract agreement to provide psychiatric medical services to clients of the Downtown Clinic; and,

WHEREAS, it is to benefit the citizens of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County that this contract agreement be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That the contract agreement by and between Rudra Prakash, M.D., in an amount not to exceed $52,000.00, to provide psychiatric medical services to clients of the Downtown Clinic, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
