SUBSTITUTE RESOLUTION NO. RS2007-2008

 A resolution appropriating to certain accounts for the benefit of the Office of the Trustee, Transportation Licensing Commission and W. O. Smith Music School in the amount of One Million One Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($1,187,000) from designated and undesignated fund balances of the General Fund of the General Services District, increased revenue sources, and from other sources.

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council desires to appropriate to certain accounts for the benefit of the Office of Trustee, Transportation Licensing Commission, and W.O. Smith Music School in the amount of One Million One Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($1,187,000) from designated and undesignated fund balances of the General Fund of the General Services District and the Hotel/Motel Fund, increased revenue sources, and from other sources.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That the following amounts from the Undesignated Fund Balance of the General Fund of the General Services District and the Undesignated Fund Balance of the General Fund of the General Services District for Hotel/Motel Tax Receipts are hereby appropriated:
