A resolution appropriating $175,543 for the Metropolitan Board of Health pursuant to a grant from the Tennessee Department of Health for primary care services to uninsured adults.

WHEREAS, the Tennessee Department of Health has awarded a grant to the Metropolitan Board of Health in an amount not to exceed $175,543.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1: That the funds received pursuant to a grant from the Tennessee Department of Health for primary care services to uninsured adults, as attached hereto and incorporated herein, in an amount not to exceed $175,543, are hereby accepted and appropriated to the Metropolitan Board of Health.

Section 2: This resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
