A resolution approving a grant agreement by and between the Metropolitan Board of Health and Oasis Center for Oasis Center to provide community prevention intervention services for children.

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Board of Health and Oasis Center wish to enter into a grant agreement for Oasis Center's provision of services related to the Community Prevention Initiative for Children, to expire on June 30, 2006.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the Grant Agreement by and between the Metropolitan Board of Health and Oasis Center in an amount not to exceed $40,000, to provide community prevention intervention services for children, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
