A resolution approving a grant agreement by and between the Metropolitan Board of Health and Centerstone Community Mental Health Centers, Inc., for Centerstone to provide community prevention intervention services for children.

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council previously approved grant agreements by and between the Metropolitan Board of Health and Centerstone Community Mental Health Centers, Inc. for Centerstone's provision of services related to the Community Prevention Initiative for Children; and

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Board of Health and Centerstone Community Mental Health Centers, Inc. wish to enter into a similar grant agreement to expire on June 30, 2006.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the Grant Agreement by and between the Metropolitan Board of Health and Centerstone Community Mental Health Centers, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $40,000, to provide community prevention intervention services for children, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
