A resolution approving an agreement with the City of Oak Hill for the distribution of streets and roads funds for the fiscal year 2004/2005.

Whereas, the City of Oak Hill is an eligible small city in the General Services District for the distribution of streets and roads funds; and

Whereas, Ordinance No. BL1987-1935 requires that agreements with eligible cities for distribution of streets and roads funds be approved by Resolution of Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That the agreement between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County for the distribution of streets and roads funds, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the Metropolitan Mayor is authorized to execute the same.

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
