A Resolution amending Resolution No. RS2003-113, as amended by Resolution No. RS2004-298, by extending until December 31, 2004 the time for the Ethics Review Task Force to make its report to the Council.

WHEREAS, the Ethics Review Task Force has request additional time to make its report to the Council; and

WHEREAS, it is appropriate to grant such additional time to ensure a thorough review and recommendation to the Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Resolution No. RS2003-113, as amended by Resolution No. RS2004-298, previously adopted by the Council, be amended by amending Section 4 by deleting the date “September 30, 2004” (previously June 30,2004) and substituting in lieu thereof the date December 31, 2004.

Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
