A resolution approving a grant agreement by and between the Metropolitan Board of Health and Centerstone Community Mental Health Centers, Inc., to provide community prevention intervention services for children.

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council by Resolution No. RS2003-117 previously approved a grant agreement by and between the Metropolitan Board of Health and Centerstone Community Mental Health Centers, Inc. for services related to the Community Prevention Initiative for Children, in an amount not to exceed $24,599, which agreement expired June 30, 2004; and

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Board of Health and Centerstone Community Mental Health Centers, Inc. wish to enter into a similar grant agreement to expire on June 30, 2005.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the Grant Agreement by and between the Metropolitan Board of Health and Centerstone Community Mental Health Centers, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $24,599 to provide community prevention intervention services for children, to expire on June 30, 2005, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved and the Metropolitan Mayor is authorized to execute the same.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
