A Resolution amending Resolution No. RS2004-140 by extending until August 15, 2004 the time for the task force exploring the development of the former downtown Nashville Thermal Transfer plant site to make its report to the Council.

WHEREAS, the task force exploring the potential development of the former downtown Nashville Thermal Transfer plant site has request additional time to make its report to the Council; and

WHEREAS, it is appropriate to grant such additional time.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Resolution No. RS2004-140, as amended, previously adopted by the Council be amended by amending Section 1 subparagraph 3 by extending the time for the task force to report its findings and recommendations to the Council until August 15, 2004.

Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
