A resolution approving a contract between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health and the Department of Health of the State of Tennessee for the provision of $28,000 for environmental testing for particulate matter 2.5 air filters and other laboratory tests as required.

Be it resolved by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the contract between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health and the Department of Health of the State of Tennessee for the provision of $28,000 for environmental testing for particulate matter 2.5 air filters and other laboratory tests as requested for a term commencing on July 1, 2004, and extending through June 30, 2005, a copy of which contract is attached hereto and made part of this resolution be, and the same is, hereby approved.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
