A resolution approving a group services agreement between Victory Health Plans, Inc., and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Department of Health, under which the Department of Health agrees to provide early periodic screening, diagnostic and treatment services to persons enrolled in TennCare and assigned to Victory Health Plans, Inc.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That a group services agreement between Victory Health Plans, Inc., and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Department of Health, under which the Department of Health agrees to provide early periodic screening, diagnostic and treatment services to persons enrolled in TennCare and assigned to Victory Health Plans, Inc., is approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
