A resolution approving and authorizing the Director of the Department of Water and Sewerage Services to execute a branch station bill paying station agreement with Computer House.

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council must approve agreements with private businesses seeking to serve as branch bill paying stations, and

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 88-613, authorizes the approval of bill paying stations agreements by resolution;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1: That the director of Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services is authorized to execute the attached bill paying station agreement with the Computer House on behalf of the Metropolitan Government.

SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
