RESOLUTION NO. RS2003-102


A resolution approving an agreement between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and Austin Peay State University, to provide public health training for student nurses.


Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Metropolitan Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That an agreement between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and Austin Peay State University, to provide public health training for student nurses involving no compensation, whereby The Department of Health agrees to provide public health training to student nurses enrolled at Austin Peay, for a term commencing on July 1, 2003, and extending through June 30, 2008, which contract is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, is approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
