RESOLUTION NO. RS99-89

A resolution approving a contract renewal in an amount not to exceed $250,000 between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting through the Metropolitan Board of Health and the Campus for Human Development for the operation of a day shelter for homeless individuals and families.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the contract by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting through the Metropolitan Board of Health and the Campus for Human Development for a term of November 1, 1999 to October 31, 2000, in an amount not to exceed two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for the operation of a day shelter for homeless individuals and families, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
