RESOLUTION NO. RS99-60

A resolution approving an agreement by and between The Kids On The Block of Middle Tennessee and the Metropolitan Government, by and through the Board of Health, to provide services related to the Community Prevention Initiative for Children aimed at reducing several high risk behaviors of youths in an amount not to exceed $32,650.00.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.

Section 1: That the agreement by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and The Kinds On the Block of Middle Tennessee to provide services related to the Community Prevention Initiative for Children aimed at reducing several high risk behaviors of youths at a cost not to exceed $32,650.00, and for a term beginning on July 1, 1999 and extending through June 30, 2000, which agreement is attached hereto and made a part of this resolution, be and the same is hereby approved the Metropolitan Mayor is authorized to execution said agreement.

Section 2: That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
