Resolution No. RS99-33

A resolution approving a grant in an amount not to exceed $334,400 from the State of Tennessee, Department of Health to The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting through the Metropolitan Board of Health for the provision of immunization services for children and adults and the control of vaccine-preventable diseases.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the grant by and between the State of Tennessee, Department of Health and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting through the Metropolitan Board of Health for a term of July 1, 1999 to June 30, 2000, in an amount not to exceed three hundred thirty four thousand four hundred dollars ($334,400) for the provision of immunization services for children and adults and control of vaccine-preventable diseases, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the Metropolitan County Mayor is authorized to execute the same.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
