Resolution No. RS99-31
A resolution approving an amendment to the term of the lease between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health and United Way of Middle Tennessee approved by R99-1629.
Whereas, The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, owns a mobile clinic, and United Way of Middle Tennessee provides early childhood screening services in Davidson County in the mobile clinic; and
Whereas, the lease was entered into and approved by the Metropolitan Council in Resolution 99-1629, and that term of lease needs to be amended.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:
Section 1. That the amendment to the lease between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and United Way of Middle Tennessee, amending the term of lease to be September 1, 1999 through August 31, 2000, which amendment is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.
Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect upon its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
