RESOLUTION NO. RS99-10

A resolution approving an EPA Assistance Agreement/Amendment between the Environmental Protection Agency and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, Pollution Control Division, increasing the grant in the amount of $138,065.00 for participation in the Ozone Mapping Project under the Environmental Monitoring for Public Access and Community Tracking Program.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That the EPA Assistant Agreement/Amendment between the Environmental Protection Agency and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by the through the Metropolitan Board of Health, Pollution Control Division, increasing the existing grant in the amount of $138,065.00 for participation in the Ozone Mapping Project under the Environmental Monitoring for Public Access and Community Tracking Program, and for a term commencing on March 31, 1998 and extending through September 30, 1999, a copy of which assistance agreement amendment is attached hereto and made part of this resolution be, and the same is, hereby approved, and the Metropolitan Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
