Resolution authorizing and providing for the issuance and sale of commercial
paper of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Tennessee);
authorizing and providing for a dealer agreement, issuing and paying agency
agreement, and agreement with the Comptroller of the Treasury of the State
of Tennessee; authorizing the Metropolitan Government to purchase such commercial
paper upon the satisfaction of certain conditions; and providing for certain
other matters related thereto.
