A resolution approving a grant to The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, from the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, in an amount not to exceed $442,800.00 for provision of the Healthy Start Program.

Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That the grant agreement to The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, from the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, for provision of the Healthy Start Program, in an amount not to exceed $442,800.00, and for a term beginning on July 1, 2002 and extending through June 30, 2003, a copy of which Grant Agreement is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
