A resolution approving a grant agreement to The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, from the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, in an amount not to exceed $514,600.00 for the provision of HIV/AIDS Prevention and Surveillance.

Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That the grant agreement between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, and the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, for the provision of HIV/AIDS Prevention and Surveillance, in an amount not to exceed $514,600.00, and for a term beginning on January 1, 2002 and extending through December 31, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and be made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
