RESOLUTION NO. RS2002-1266
A resolution approving an agreement between Tennessee State University and The
Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through
the Metropolitan Social Services Commission to provide support services for
the Infant/Toddler Model Sites Training Sessions.
Whereas, Tennessee State University and the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Social Services Commission have entered into an agreement to provide support services for the Infant/Toddler Model Sites Training Session during the fall of 2002; and
Whereas, the cost of such support shall not exceed four thousand two hundred forty dollars ($4,240); and
Whereas, it is to the benefit of the citizens of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County that this agreement be approved.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Metropolitan Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:
Section 1. That the agreement between Tennessee State University and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Social Services Commission to provide support services for the Infant/Toddler Model Sites Training Session during the fall of 2002 in the amount of four thousand two hundred forty dollars ($4,240), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved.
Section 2 That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
