RESOLUTION NO. RS2002-1243

A resolution approving an EPA Cooperative Agreement between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, Pollution Control Division, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, for a study to determine ambient concentrations of hazardous air pollutants at two sites in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee.

Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That the EPA Cooperative Agreement between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, Pollution Control Division, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, for a study to determine ambient concentrations of hazardous air pollutants at two sites in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, and for a term beginning June 25, 2001, and extending through December 31, 2004, which cooperative agreement is attached hereto and made a part of this resolution, be and the same is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
