RESOLUTION NO. RS2002-1214

A resolution approving a grant agreement by and between the Centerstone Mental Health Centers, Inc. and the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, for services related to the Community Prevention Initiative for Children in an amount not to exceed $24,599.00.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.

Section 1: That the grant agreement entered into by and between Centerstone Mental Health Centers, Inc. and the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, for services related to the Community Prevention Initiative for Children, in an amount not to exceed twenty four thousand five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($24,599.00), and for a term beginning on July 1, 2002 and extending through June 30, 2003, which agreement is attached hereto and made a part of this resolution, be and the same is hereby approved and the Metropolitan Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement.

Section 2: That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
