RESOLUTION NO. RS2002-1154

A resolution approving a contract for reimbursement of services rendered by the Metropolitan Government, by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, to the Alcohol and Drug Council of Middle Tennessee, wherein the Department of Health will provide at least one hour per week of consultation and clinical supervision services to the Alcohol and Drug Council, for a total reimbursement to Metro of up to $3,000.00 following completion.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:
Section 1. That the contract by and between the Alcohol and Drug Council of Middle Tennessee and the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, in a total amount not to exceed $3,000.00 for the provision of consultation and clinical supervision services by the Metropolitan Government to the Director of the Opening Doors Program for the Families First Alcohol and Drug Specialist, an employee of the Alcohol and Drug Council, and for a term commencing on July 1, 2001 and extending through June 30, 2002, which contract is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is approved.
Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
