RESOLUTION NO. RS2002-1130

A resolution approving the bill paying station agreement of the Department of Water and Sewerage Services per Metropolitan Ordinance No. 88-613.

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council approves all bill paying stations prior to the Director of the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services entering into agreements; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1: That the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services is authorized to enter into the Bill Paying Station Agreement, attached as Exhibit A, with approved businesses.

SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
