A resolution approving a contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, and United Way of Metropolitan Nashville to provide the Metropolitan Government an amount not to exceed $21,353.00 for the provision of specific services in support of the Ryan White Community AIDS Partnership.

Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That the contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Health Department, and United Way of Metropolitan Nashville, for the provision of specific services in support of the Ryan White Community AIDS Partnership, to provide the Metropolitan Government an amount not to exceed $21,353.00, for a term beginning on March 31, 2002 and extending through December 31, 2002, a copy of which is attached hereto and be made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
