A resolution approving an agreement between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Fire Department, and the Fairview Fire Department, for provision of Fire Training at the Metro Fire Academy on a space-available basis.

Be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1: That an agreement between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Fire Department, and the Fairview Fire Department for provision of fire training on a space-available basis for Fairview Fire Department employees at the Metro Fire Academy, providing that Fairview will provide and pay for all necessary liability and workers compensation insurance, for a term beginning on March 1, 2002 and extending through February 28, 2007, a copy of which Contract is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is hereby approved.

Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
