A resolution approving an agreement between the Metropolitan Government and Acton Mobile Industries, Inc. for two mobile offices and associated fixtures.

Whereas, pursuant to Metropolitan Code of Laws § 5.04.020, all leases of equipment requiring an annual expenditure of $5,000 or greater must be approved by resolution of the Metropolitan Council; and

Whereas, pursuant to the terms set forth in the document (the "Lease Agreement") attached as Exhibit A to this resolution, Acton Mobile Industries, Inc., proposes to furnish two mobile offices, connectors, ramps, steps and landings for use by the Metropolitan Health Department; and

Whereas, the citizens of Nashville and Davidson County will benefit by the approval of the proposed Lease Agreement attached hereto.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. The Lease Agreement (Exhibit A) between the Metropolitan Government and the Acton Mobile Industries, Inc. is hereby approved for execution and filing on behalf of the Metropolitan Government.

Section 2. Any material amendment to the Lease Agreement must be approved by resolution of the Metropolitan Council.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
