A resolution approving a contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Board of Health, with the Campus for Human Development for services to the homeless.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Metropolitan Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Board of Health, with the Campus for Human Development for services to the homeless, in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00, and for a period from November 1, 2001 through October 31, 2002, is hereby approved.

Section 2 That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
